720 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 720 platform. Your continued use of this service constitutes your full acceptance of all terms stated herein.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026  |  Version: 2.1

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, mobile app, or any service provided by 720, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 720 platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and 720 ("platform", "us"). They are subject to applicable laws in Malaysia and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.

Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. 720 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account suspected of being held by a minor.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on the 720 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details provided — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment information — must match valid identification documents.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their password and account login credentials. 720 recommends the following measures to keep your account secure:

  • Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
  • Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
  • Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

720 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent attempt.

3. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the 720 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and other methods approved from time to time.

The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. Daily and monthly deposit limits may apply based on the user's account verification level and VIP tier. Users are advised to check their current limits in account settings.

The following policies apply to withdrawals:

  • All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard security review process before approval.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless specifically approved by the 720 team.
  • Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the method used and the user's VIP tier.
  • 720 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal deemed to require further review.
  • All bonuses or promotional credits are subject to their own wagering requirements as specified at the time the bonus is granted.

720 is not liable for any delays or losses resulting from inaccurate payment information provided by the user.

4. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 720 platform agree to use this service responsibly and within the bounds of applicable law. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated methods to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to manipulate or cheat the game system, including exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
  • Colluding with other users to exploit bonuses or game systems.
  • Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
  • Using your account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes through payment providers.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing 720 customer support staff.

720 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

The 720 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the service running smoothly at all times, 720 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss at any given time.

720 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, internet outages, or third-party system failures.

Regarding account closure or suspension:

  • 720 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
  • Any valid balance remaining in a suspended account will be reviewed and refunded at 720's discretion once the investigation is complete.
  • Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud or serious violations are not entitled to claim any remaining balance or bonuses.
  • Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support.

All content on the 720 platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, images, and software code — is the intellectual property of 720 or its licensors. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

720 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the 720 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 720 platform shall first be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.

If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, please contact the 720 customer support team via email: [email protected]
